The Iraqi Ministry of Defense announced on Wednesday that its Minister, Jumaa Inad Saadoun, had been invited to visit the Czech Republic. Defense Minister Jumaa and Czech ambassador to Iraq Petr Stepanek met at the ministry’s headquarters. They noted that a number of issues of mutual interest between the two countries and ways to activate them were discussed. Moreover, the Czech ambassador invited the Minister of Defense to visit the Czech Republic.
The purpose of the visit would be to become familiar with the country’s defense industries, according to the ministry.
